Amira's Story
Amira was our character cat with personality plus. She loved interactive playing with her humans. I would sit on the floor several feet away from her cat tree. She would perch on the top level, I would throw her a toy mouse and she would bat it back to me with her paw. These sessions usually lasted about 5 minutes, sometimes more.
One day I couldn’t find her anywhere (she was a total inside cat) and I finally found her nestled down and sleeping in a fake potted plant. When she realized I found her, she sat up and looked at me through the leaves.
When it came to real mice, she loved to bring them in the bedroom and one time up on the bed - waking up to her tossing a live mouse in the air on the bed was not something I wanted 🤦♀️.
When we were selling our house in southern NH to move to central NH, she joined the people looking at our house and our realtor said she led the tour. When we got home, another realtor was there and wanted to know if she came with the house. So many stories I could tell about this quirky and lovable girl.
